| Deb, "Bipper" is the most recent addition to our family. She joined our agency in February 2004. She has been in the travel industry for 21 years.
Bipper has earned the highest designation in the travel industry, "Certified Travel Consultant". Her dedication to achieving this certification shows her commitment to the travel industry. She recently completed a Grand Caymen Specialist Program.
Bipper is extremely polite, professional and personable. She is dedicated to providing top quality customer service to each client she works with.

| Dionne came to our agency almost four years ago with 4 years of travel reservation experience. While she was hired as a travel consultant, Dionne found her true love was accounting. She currently handles all accounting aspects for our company.
If you need copies of an invoice, want to request a travel report(s), have questions regarding charges to your credit card, etc., she's the person to contact! She handles all requests efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner.

| Laura has been in the travel industry and at Destinations Travel Center for 10 years. She currently manages several small-midsize business travel accounts across the country. Additionally, she is very knowledgeable with leisure travel and arranges vacation packages, cruises and group travel.
Laura works very hard to provide personalized, quality service to each of her clients and regularly goes the extra mile to make sure every detail is complete. Her clientele grows significantly each year, primarily because of referrals from satisfied clients.

| Terry has been in the travel industry for 16 years and is a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the travel industry.
Terry has a great love for Europe and travels there 4-5 times per year. His favorite destination is Munich, Germany. He frequently escorts small, personalized groups (two-six people) to Europe on the itinerary of their choice and at prices much lower than large escorted tours.
Terry is also a Platinum Elite WorldPerks member on Northwest Airlines and is intimately familar with every aspect of the program.
